Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
